Hi all – just a reminder that this site contains a library of documents relating to the Diamond XX and related issues. You can always find the document library on the right side navigation area, in the Pages section. The latest document we have added is the July 7, 2003 resolution establishing the road fee and describing how it is calculated and collected.

Resolution 69-184 establishes Diamond XX County Service Area (CSA #4) and resolution 03-188 sets up the fees to fund the CSA.
Although we often refer to the “road” fees, “road’ fund, “Road” Committee, etc., items #1 & 2 of the first resolution clarify what this funding can be used for:
1. That the proposed services of road construction and maintenance of the roads not within the State or County maintained road system, construction and maintenance of park and parkway facilities, highway lighting, structural fire protections, sewer and water are extended Country Services to the extent that they are not already provided by another agency of local government.
2. That these services may be provided by Calaveras County Service Area #4.
